This report summarises the second EHESO policy-oriented conference "From data to direction: How can EHESO support the monitoring of the Union of Skills", held in Brussels in November 2025. It presents the main discussions, findings and policy messages from the event, which marked an important milestone in the European Higher Education Sector Observatory (EHESO).
