Existing arrangements
Except for the EU initiated Youthpass there is no policy framework or formal recognition/system for validating the skills young people acquire through participating in youth work.

Norway has no policy framework that specifically defines and regulates the recognition of skills acquired through youth work. For information on existing arrangements on skills recognition, see 2.9 Skills recognition.
