The ARTiculate Young People and Wellbeing Arts Programme, which is funded by Arts Council NI and the Public Health Agency, involves artists and professional arts organisations working alongside youth and community organisations to give a voice to young people at risk by engaging them in the arts. The programme uses the arts to challenge stigma, prejudice and discrimination associated with wellbeing and mental health and to support help-seeking behaviour on behalf of the scheme's participants.
