Quality assurance

The civil service system already has inherent quality standards that are verified during the registration of the entities in the Register of universal civil service: reference is made, in particular, to the criteria regarding organizational capacity and systems adopted for training, communication, selection and monitoring. Where institutions do not meet certain requirements, they cannot, in fact, be registered in the Register.

The application process is youth friendly and transparent.

Quality is guaranteed by the following additional tools:

• Online application;
• Post placement evaluation by volunteers;
• A constant dialogue between the Department and the representation of former volunteers, who are organized at national and territorial level;
