Ongoing debates

In the Republic of Serbia one of the areas of ongoing interest is the improvement of the quality of lifelong guidance services and activities. This effort has been institutionalized through active working groups composed of experts from various sectors who collaborate on developing new tools, recommendations, and policy documents in the field. Although the initiative is led by institutions in the education sector, the working groups operate cross-sectorally, addressing the enhancement of services across education and training, employment, and youth. One of the ongoing processes focuses on improving quality standards in the field of career guidance and counseling.
