As already described in Section 2.9, the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth implemented a project for the development of a mechanism, for the validation and recognition of non-formal and informal learning (including volunteering). More information on this project entitled "Establishment of Validation Mechanisms for non-formal and informal Learning - Pilot Implementation" (Θέσπιση Μηχανισμών Επικύρωσης Mη-Tυπικής και Άτυπης Μάθησης – Πιλοτική Εφαρμογή) can be found in Chapter 6.10.
