Following the goals of the social policy of the European Union that lead to the achievement of a unified and fair approach to basic social services, the improvement of the social protection system, the increase of the youth employment rate with special care for groups that are less present on the labor market, the achievement of secure and sustainable incomes as well as decent working conditions for women and men are the goals of Montenegro as well.
