All initiatives to strengthen youth entrepreneurship are announced on the websites of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security as well as the Ministry of Development

• Grant Program for business initiatives employing 3,000 young freelancers aged 18 to 29 with focus on digital economy. The digital economy sector includes, indicatively telecommunications services (fixed – mobile – internet telephony), PC services, software (consulting services for equipment, consulting services for software, database work, PC maintenance and repair, etc.), Internet services, broadband services, office automation systems, telematics applications, satellite services, digital television, providing electronic system security solutions, RFID equipment manufacturing, electronic procurement management, e-commerce, e-business, distance learning, web design, digital printing, entertainment with digital media.
