The youth work and importance of youth work is not a mainstream topic in BiH and there are still a few initiatives that fight hard for the recognition of youth work, but all of them are led by local youth NGOs, and they don’t guarantee success any time soon. 

Key initiatives

Current initiatives in BiH are related mainly to youth policy, youth employment and youth migration issues. There are no ongoing initiatives for the recognition of youth work at the state or entity level.
