General Directorate of Lifelong Learning is one of the public authorities providing guidance services for young people in the field of adult education. The public education centers within the General Directorate inform young people about widespread education opportunities. Programs are broadcasted on TV, radio and social media platforms to increase awareness of lifelong learning within the community.

Public Education Centers Information Network (HEMBA) has been established to reach to young people. Citizens are able to access courses for free. The content on the Public Education Centers Information Network (HEMBA) Platform will be increased to enhance access to lifelong learning opportunities by minimizing the limitations of education through distance learning technologies (time, location, cost).

Besides, a new web-portal which announces the Life-Long Learning opportunities and offers the possibility for applying these opportunities is in place. This web-portal ( is widely used by young people.
